Healthy doesn’t mean boring. Here’s a simple and healthy smoothie recipe for making a single glass:

Ingredients

  • 1 green apple (cored and sliced)
  • 500 mg shilajit
  • 1/2 cup spinach (fresh)
  • Grated ginger (1 small pc)
  • 1/2 cup water

Steps

  • Simply place all ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth
  • Add 1/2 an avocado or fresh lime juice for an extra tang
  • Strain into your glass and enjoy!
