Shilajit Brownies

The most powerful brownie of all time, here’s the recipe for Shilajit Brownies.

Ingredients (9 Servings)

  • 70g oat flour
  • 1 can Chickpeas, drained + rinsed
  • 70g cup cashews
  • 180ml almond milk
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp cacao
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp cardamom
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Sea salt flakes
  • 1 tbsp shilajit, steeped in a splash of hot water

Steps

  • Blend cashews and chickpeas then combine with all the ingredients in a mixing bowl
  • wet ingredients followed by dry ingredients.
  • Pour in a lined tin and bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
  • Leave to cool and top with a frosting of your choice.
  • If cut into 9 squares, each brownie will contain 100-150mg of Shilajit.
