Suggested Use
Daily intake on an empty stomach is required to realise full effects. Adults should take a pea-sized amount (approx. 300mg) and swallow it on an empty stomach 30 minutes before food.
Pre-breakfast is preferable, however Shilajit can be consumed at any point in the day.
Peak Altitude Shilajit Resin also mixes well with warm water, tea, coffee, milk, or juice.
For the mixing option, it is recommended to combine with herbal tea/alkaline warm water. Never pour boiling water over your Shilajit.
Do not exceed 500mg per day.

Shilajit is great, fair warning it has a strong acquired taste but I quickly got used to it and it’s easily forgotten with all the great health benefits I’m getting form it.
Very powerful stuff. I used to live on coffee during the day to get me through my busy days but this stuff gets me through the day without the horrible caffeine side effects of coffee. I’m now down to one cup of coffee in the morning for pleasure.
