Suggested Use
Daily intake on an empty stomach is required to realise full effects.
Adults should take roughly 2-5 drops on your tongue, at any point in the day, ideally first thing in the morning. Peak Altitude Shilajit also mixes well with warm water, tea, coffee, milk, or juice. For the mixing option, it is recommended to combine with herbal tea/alkaline warm water.
