The most powerful brownie of all time, here’s the recipe for Shilajit Brownies.
Ingredients (9 Servings)
- 70g oat flour
- 1 can Chickpeas, drained + rinsed
- 70g cup cashews
- 180ml almond milk
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp cacao
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp cardamom
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Sea salt flakes
- 1 tbsp shilajit, steeped in a splash of hot water
Steps
- Blend cashews and chickpeas then combine with all the ingredients in a mixing bowl
- wet ingredients followed by dry ingredients.
- Pour in a lined tin and bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
- Leave to cool and top with a frosting of your choice.
- If cut into 9 squares, each brownie will contain 100-150mg of Shilajit.
